Hmmm…I’m all for designers collaborating with other less expensive retailers…i.e. Target, H&M, now Payless? I guess I don’t hate these. I haven’t seen them for myself but here’s a sneak of a “fashion-forward” shoe at Payless. The funny thing is that most Payless shoppers probably have no stinkin’ clue who or what Alice + Olivia is.
